50 Ways to be outrageously healthy
This is where you can find life again. But, Doc, I have a life. I know, but I'm talking about a life full of vitality, and the ability to do what you want, when you want. A life where your body can perform all of the functions you desire of it.
Finding health in the modern age of technology is remarkably difficult. I see patients every day, fundamentally confused about what foods are good for them. One diet says this and another says the opposite. One doctor says to do it this way, yet another says the opposite is true.

I've done this with thousands of patients, hundreds of in-person classes, for years, but times are different now. This is meant to be an email series with a new lesson each week and an action sequence of things to do to make a change.
Basically, the most successful people are not looking for the quick fix. This will cover 50 weeks. Slow steady changes will get you off the diet roller-coaster and reform you into a healthier and more vibrant person.

I had to learn this 20 years ago. It was a chiropractor that put me on the straight and narrow path. Most people are unaware that chiropractors are the largest group of natural health care providers.
Every year more people turn to chiropractors for advice about health because they are fed up with being tired, ill, overweight, and drugged up.
Being healthy in this day and age is actually work. It takes knowledge and ACTION to move away from being an average American.
We can tell fairly easily that the current advice and health care system is broken.
If any of those 3 items are present in your life, you need to take a step forward and take a more active role in your health.
You owe it to yourself to stop being robbed of your health because it is relatively straightforward to be healthy.
The first problem is that there is so much confusion out there, people fall victim to the latest diet. We are going to go back to the basics of human health so you won't need a diet.
The second problem is responsibility. The government, your doctor, your spouse, or your school isn't able to do push-ups for you or choose what you eat.
This is a personal choice that happens when no one is looking. When you are home alone, do you power into the double chocolate, rocky road, marshmallow-swirl ice cream, or grab a banana? The main reason I bring this up is that the ENTIRE system is rigged against you.
If you go out for a "treat" at a fast food restaurant, there are chemicals in the food designed to get you hooked on wanting more.
Did you know an OREO cookie is graded on 90 different characteristics. Ninety! That's right. It's a cookie. They are that concerned that it tastes amazing so you'll want more.
If you don't actively participate in your own health care or even restoration, the system will just drag you along.
My goal is to change the entire healthcare system from the inside out. If you are healthier, guess what? It helps the whole system and it saves you money.
Everybody wins when you take responsibility for your own health and your family.
For the guys, I know you'll likely struggle with a few things. Change can be hard. If all your buddies are drinking soda and you order a water, you're likely going to get questions.
If your spouse has been asking for changes for a long time, and you have been unwilling at best, you may have to swallow your pride a bit, man-up, and admit you are ready to make some changes. Your relationships will be better and healthier.
Deep down you know taking responsibiity for your family's health is your job. This class series will make it easy to integrate. Your family is worth it.
For the ladies, this is easier. I'm not sure I've met a woman who doesn't want to be healthier. The struggle some of you might have will be your husbands. Shocking, I know.
This is a journey and not a quick fix, so don't worry about not knowing enough. We are going to take this one step at a time.
