Obviously, if you are super stressed or you have a lot of things on your mind, you'll have a hard time sleeping.
Today we're not going to talk about some of the really obvious things right talk about some more subtle things.
#1 If you have a hard time going to sleep this may help you.
Try and seriously evaluate how late and what you are eating before bed many times people are eating way too close to bedtime and have a hard time falling asleep because their digestive systems are in high gear.
-Don't eat at least two hours before bed.
#2 If you have a hard time staying asleep there are couple options but this may help you.
See, when you sleep you go through a circadian rhythm of the hormones put out by your adrenal glands.
Stress can seriously alter and burn up these hormones so that you cannot go through a normal sleep/wake cycle.
-Now, do one night with eating a hard-boiled egg before bed. The Proteins and fats will help with hormone production.
-On the second night, eat a hard-boiled egg with some salt. If this is better, it will give us some clues about your energy production through your adrenal glands, because salt is heavily used by the adrenals.
Obviously, there any many other problems causing sleep problems. They can be related to chiropractic, your pillow, your bed, too much light, etc.
I hope this helps you get a couple new ideas on sleep problems, if any of these turn out to be a real problem
