On being 50, and not looking it:
"Being Australian, I grew up with a holistic perspective on life. When I was a little girl, instead of going to the doctor, I went to the chiropractor or the acupuncturist. As I matured, I adopted a reasonably holistic approach to health and wellness. When you’re young, beauty and youth go hand in hand, but as you age, wellness and beauty go hand in hand." -Elle
Nice to see chiropractic mentioned and wellness. Hey, remember this quote.
"The disease appears to precede old age and to cause it. The spine becomes stiff at first and old age follows. Therefore, we may say a man is as old as his spine,..." In this case, it'd be woman. She started as a kid, how cool is that. All three of my kids were adjusted the day they were born.
You really are how you treat yourself. The trillions of cells in your body need to work properly for you to have energy, great skin (the glow), good weight, nice hair, strong nails, etc.

The basics of what you need to be beautiful at 50.
#1 Clean Air
#2 Clean water
#3 Clean food
#4 Functioning spine
It's pretty profound what she said "wellness and beauty go hand in hand."
A few things to think about as you age. It's easy when you're young, but after the age of 30, things pick up speed.
I've never lived somewhere with so much air pollution. It's a real concern living in Salt Lake. Therefore, I need daily attention to my liver. I take at least one supplement for my liver every day. I've actually had to de-gunk (highly technical term) my gall bladder since living here. The world we live in is polluted. No human on earth, no matter how clean you eat is free of chemicals.
Clean water is a very big problem. It is perhaps one of the most challenging. If you think that clear liquid coming from your tap is healthy, just call any water company to come test it for you. You'll be surprised about all the chemicals still in there. You must be filtering your water. I am very close to having legitimate, good recommendations for you. We'll have a post later on water.
Have you ever heard "You are what you eat." If you are over-weight you are malnourished. If you have bad skin, you're likely very toxic. We can go on for hundreds of problems. Most problems boil down to poor function of the spine / nervous system, Too many toxins, and malnourishment. This is where wellness starts.
I'm going to try and make this better for you, catered to you, and easier than ever to get healthier. I've been blessed with some very interesting discoveries as of late and I plan on bringing them to you, but you can help me give you more. If you already sent in your answers, you don't need to do this again, I'm just giving people another chance to vote.

#8 Bonus (Just type your answer): Where does your drinking water come from? ie...RO, Distilled, Fridge filter, Filter pitcher, Sink water, Bottles, other.
#9 Bonus (Just type your answer): What monthly budget do you want us to strive towards? ie... supplements cost money, testing costs money, organic food costs money, but I know many short-cuts. If your budget you want to allocate towards health is $100 and a test costs $200, then I'll leave it out or still leave it in, but use 2 months to pay for it.
