This is perhaps an impossible topic and a very, very easy topic in one. This isn't an ancient Chinese riddle. You already know eating good food is, well, good for you. That's kind of a no-brainer...see this is easy.
Now, comes the hard part.
When you look down, do you see more tummy than toes?

And...this is one of the biggest problems...impossibility.
If I ask a patient, "how's your nutrition?" The answer is almost the same. " I eat pretty good". Wolfing down cereal in the morning and snacking on a donut at the office doesn't qualify as "pretty good".
Nutrition is super easy. I'm going to give you the clue of all clues. People pay big bucks for this and still don't get it right.
Is it natural?

Did God make this or man?
or
Is this the way mother nature intended my food to be?
Sounds easy, right! But, it's not.
So what 3 foods should you pass on.
- Fries (cooked in partially hydrogenated oil)
- Donuts (everything's wrong with this toxic creation)
- Cereal (processed to the hilt)
One of two things just triggered in your brain.
"No way, I can't give up cereal. I love it."
or
"Really, what else can I do to eat better?"
