In General, we live in a world that unless you consciously try and keep your intestines healthy, they will start to malfunction. Why am I so sure? Well, there a dance going on in your guts. There are good bacteria and bad. You also have 10x the amount of bacteria in your guts than cells in your whole body, wow!
