This is a very important topic this month, because we are focusing on toxicity. Plain and simple we live in a toxic world. If you live in Salt Lake, just look outside.
There are three points for today.
#1 Eating liver healthy foods daily is critical for helping your body get rid of all the bad chemicals you breathe, eat or drink daily.
(Such as Kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, other greens, bitter herbs, sulfer containing foods.)
If these are not part of your normal diet, you would do very well going through our purification program.
#2 When you are nutient deficient, it's like have holes in your yard. If you have bare patches in your yard, does your grass fill that in? No, the weeds get there first and start growing long before the grass. Being nutrient deficient leaves a lot of holes in your body. If your thyroid is waiting for a molecule of iodine, but there isn't any, then bad chemicals, like chlorine, fluorine, or bromine will take it's place. Kind of like a squatter living in your vacation house.

#3 A lot of people have been misled by vitamin companies. Most of what's on the market is processed, synthetic, vitamin pieces, filled with holes. To give you an example, most vitamin C on the market is 500mg. Well, oddly enough, that doesn't exist in nature. Most of the time the copper, rutins, bioflavinoids, and everything but the ascorbic acid is removed to give you 500mg. of ascorbic acid. It can create a vacuum in your body for all the parts it's missing. You will become more nutrient deficient.

My main goal for 2015 is to help every one get to a basic level of health. Taking whole food supplements is a giant step forward.

Livaplex (liver health, support, and cleaning). According to the American Cancer Society 95% of cancer is related to environment toxins. Right now, you are averaging 212 chemicals in your body. If you live in Salt Lake, it's probably more. Your liver is your filter. Every day you need to do something for your liver. This is a whole food way to flush, clean, and help your liver. There are more things you can, and probably should do, but this is step one.
